Whether you are years away from anything or have a letter of intent in front of you, describe the situation and we will tell you plainly what we think, including when the answer is that you do not need us.
Every inquiry is read by a person. Nothing you send here enters a process, places your company anywhere, or creates any obligation. If the matter is time-sensitive, an exclusivity clock running, a letter of intent awaiting signature, an approach you need to respond to, say so and it moves to the front of the queue.
Four fields are required: your name, an address we can reply to, and what you are working through. The rest helps us respond usefully the first time rather than with a round of questions.
Thank you, your message is with the team and someone will respond, usually within one business day. If something is time-sensitive, the fastest route is the Concierge in the corner of this page.
A letter of intent is usually non-binding on price and binding on exclusivity, and the commercial terms recorded in it are very hard to reopen later. Have your own transaction counsel read it before you sign, not after. If you are being pressed to sign quickly without a clear explanation of why, treat the urgency itself as something to understand.
